I had surgery at unity point health. What an awesome hospital! From the Dr.to the surgical and nursing was wonderful. The moment I walked in to when I left everyone was kind, caring and helpful. My husband also was very impressed with staff and hosp.

A really great hospital, I really only come here for the WiFi, I do remember coming here once before and remember that the staff was really great to me and kind, I also got a few friends that work here as well and they love their jobs;!

Excellent Care from the Radiology Department. Thank you for the comforting care for my son. We have had wonderful experiences with Jim from Radiology for years. Unitypoint is Blessed to have him.

I love the staff here! They make you feel like a person, and that they absolutely care about you getting well. I had to be admitted after my ER trip, and the staff made the transition easy. They explained everything, made sure to answer any and all questions. I genuinely felt cared for while there. I left feeling a million times better and with all the information I needed to start recovery on my own. I love this hospital and the wonderful staff who cared for me. ️

I generally like this hospital but am beginning to hate it based off the parking. I am frequently here due to my mother having chronic issues that lands her here for number of stays. She basically lived here for a year about ten years ago. We prefer this hospital over Mercy. Visiting her has been a pain because of the parking. It was not too bad before. Now it’s outrageous. Whoever created and made the drawing of the parking lots needs to be re-evaluate their job. The entrances to the lots are small so people have to pull out before someone can pull in or out. Then a few of the spots are just impossible for people to park in. And people are always crossing the street, no point in using the crosswalks because are at the ends of the streets! And two spots for plug in cars? Who honestly cares for them. They are never in use. If they are, it’s because someone parks there when they don’t want to park across the street. Fix the problem.
