Rude staff member, cocky and sarcastic. I was asking simple questions but every answer I got back was a sarcastic and rude one. The staff need training as the shop itself is good. I won’t be going back.

It's more of a carp angling shop. There is tackle for other kinds of fishing but the majority is carp I went there looking for a 13m pole, but the poles on display consisted of the ones in the picture - and they were just butt sections. They also don't have the space to put a pole together and handle it. However before I went I did what I suggest you do, either check the website to see if they have stock in store or just call them. They had one pole of interest in my price range (up to 500) in stock but not on display and nowhere to try it. A shop has one advantage over an online purchase, you can see the gear and handle it before buying. Sadly, many of the things I've wanted they don't stock, are out of stock or are kept behind the counter which means you have to ask for permission to handle it (fixed spool reels apart from Shimano for example). Examples of stuff I've wanted to look at but they didn't have include a Korum supa lite day shelter and a Preston Innovations X100 pole. So for me, not a great shop but if you're only bothered about carp fishing (but not with a pole!) you'll be able to get stuff you need there.
