I have never done click and collect. I clicked on the wrong size of bedding. I spoke to Dawn in Slough. She said not to worry. You will be reimbursed. She the proceeded to whisk me around bedding to not only get me a deal, but help me match colours. I swiftly picked up wrapping paper, on her prompt, “ do you need anything else?”. She then took me to a checkout on my own and sorted my sale out!!!!! What Kitten of a love. I was safe in Dawn’s hands in Slough this early evening! Thank you sweet woman! Xxx

We purchased a mirror from Dunelm Southampton (it was listed as special buy at the time of purchase for 30) . We hung the mirror on the wall on top of the landing away from our young kids and was safe from accidental damaged. About a month ago we discovered a small hair line crack on the mirror. It was so small that you had to look closely to identify the crack. Slowly the crack increased in size while it was still hung untouched. We took the mirror do Dunelm Slough as this is the closest store to where we live. We spoke to the assistant manager \ N\. He looked at the mirror and concluded that we must have somehow damaged the mirror. He said he was an expert and he has visited the factory where these mirrors are produced therefore was convinced that the damage was done by us. I am attaching the photo along with the my comments. If you own this mirror please be careful this mirror can develop a crack any time. This mirror has a poor quality glass and I believe can crack due to environmental condition such as fluctuations of temperature or sound. We have other mirrors in the house for years with no such issues. It is such a poor design that you cannot even replace the glass as it is stuck to frame. Poor product, extremely poor customer service. Great job Dunelm.
