I can't fault these guys. Customer service was excellent. Ordered a portable gas fire which got delivered the next working day however, there was an issue with it and a replacement was sent out - again next working day - and the faulty one collected. There was a slight issue with a small part of the new delivery - broken coals - and they sorted that too really quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys. Like I said, you can't fault them!
