Visited UCC 10pm 7th January 2020. Waited there 3.5 hours. No doctor was there to attend patients . The receptionist should clearly ask the patients that there is no doctor & they have to wait till morning. We come back home without treatment.

I am a always polite and have patience, the service provided was terrible, the nurse specialist, prescriber was rude, abrupt and certainly did not provide the service you would expect in the UK. I was alerted that the service is privatised, the concern is if there are no guidelines, core values patients will die or mis diagnose which is what happened with is.
