It's atypical these days to find people who are genuinely interested in helping you out. Stepped in the other day to get some official work done and was sorted in no time. The owner, a gentleman who I had never met up until that moment, took it upon himself to ensure my concerns were resolved with attention to detail and fineness which goes to show not only dedication towards his customer's needs but also his nature of going above and beyond. The exceptional and tremendously courteous staff are a bonus which only deserves a 5-star rating nothing less.
I personally have always used Southall Comms for my printing of documents and recently i tried to use their services of international couriers parcel service to Gujurat, Bhuj, India. All in all from bottom of my heart, will say that the girls who work there are and have an outstanding personality with amazing customers services with willing to help attitude in every stressful busy situation. Not only that, i have also personally experienced their service on telephone, which is highly reliable and efficient. Further more their director Avee and all their male staff member's again have an amazing personality of treating customer and myself in such a way that one feels special, wanted and trusting them and willing to give more business to them.
