Having used Home Building previously to remodel the front of our house, we contacted Mike and were able to initiate a journey with Mike and his team through all stages of extending our home, including architect, structural engineer, building control etc. This was really useful in immediately being able to share our vision with Mike and for there to be clear triangulation between us, the architects and the builders from the outset. We had a very specific idea about what we wanted with our house being a period property so that we could apply a modern extension but with period accents. Through working with Mike and his extended team we have achieved exactly what we imagined and more and an extension that is well designed, constructed and finished.

10/10 in all aspects of the work carried out, customer service by there trades men excellent, the carpenter worked all day, almost non stop, and he respected the neighbors. The work carried out on our decking was thorough, with brand new timbers, posts, and will most definitely stand the test of time. I was originally recommended by a friend to contact Mike at Home Building & Property Refurbishment about removing an internal wall and installing a new kitchen dinner. After meeting with Mike, the new kitchen dinner quickly turned into an extension of the property, which then lead to an entire downstairs refurbishment. Mike scheduled the project detailing the breakdown of costs into an easy understandable spreadsheet. This made it easy to see where every penny was being spent and where possible savings could be made. The project was scheduled to be completed in 12-16 weeks and took a little over 14 weeks to complete. This included many changes on the way, due to new improvement ideas which Mike was able to incorporate into the original timescale. Mike and his team went above and beyond to ensure our project was completed to a high standard. In particular, we were not 100% satisfied with the the outcome of his tilers work - Mike agreed totally and at his own cost instructed his tiler to return to improve his work so not to compromise the overall quality of the project. In short, if you are looking for a company who are: - very easy to work with - reliable and stick to schedules - produce quality work - keep you updated with weekly progress reports - work with realistic budgets and not promise you unrealistic outcomes Home Building & Property Refurbishments are the Company you should seriously consider using for you project. The overall outcome of the project was excellent and fair exceeded our expectations. The work Home Building & Property Refurbishments have complete on our home has made a dramatic improvement to our overall living and i would recommend Mike and his team for any level of project.

Worked for this company which did not pay a penny for work done with no understanding of anything being done.. I later went to work as an SEO executive in the city of London in a proper job. They expected me to hand over my work on my server without any compensation whatsoever. I walked out after 2 weeks of consulting and development work including an invoicing system I created after the boss threatened to not pay me because of unrealistic expectations and deliverables in such a short space of time which was totally unprofessional and bullying in manner.
