Wanted an Air Compressor which they had in store but couldn't sell it to me because it weighed 80Kg. It needed 2 man lift and they are not allowed to to lift it. They couldn't allow me an my brother to go in and lift it ourselves. I have to order online and wait more than 10days for something in-store.

Posting on behalf of my vulnerable father and I. If we could provide a zero star rating we would. Managers and staff are arrogant and unhelpful! They speak with so much disrespect it’s disgusting. This establishment is not what it used to be. Shame on you! We will not shop here again!
