I ordered a JP Australia Superlight 10ft 6 Paddleboard as my first ever SUP, ready for the summer. It was delivered very quickly and packaged up very securely. I had an issue with the gauge on the pump and Tom sorted it out for me immediately, sending out a replacement. Thank you Tom. I am looking forward to trying out my SUP as soon as we are able to - will write more then! Thanks

Great company to deal with whether you are a newbie or pro in the fabulous world of stand up paddle boarding. The video reviews and tips from Tony & Co are fantastic, I watched hours of them, especially if you are looking to buy a first board and any accessories, safety kit, clothing etc from all the best manufacturers. I really wanted to visit the test centre which looks amazing but Covid put a stop to that, again the many promotional videos and advice really helped me choose and buy my first board online with confidence. Bought a new board for my partner's birthday. Really great experience. Called to verify that free UK mainland delivery includes our address in the very north of Scotland. Very friendly and relaxed chat with a guy who turned out to be the owner, and yes, free delivery includes us. Great!! The board was dispatched quickly and delivered in just two days. We found that a small part was missing, not their fault, it was a new board in its original packaging. Another friendly chat, a different friendly guy, and the missing part was shipped the same day and has now arrived. If only all shopping experiences would be this easy and enjoyable!!!!!!!

The product was conform to the order. I received an invoice from DPD for the customs costs 30 francs for an invoice of 80 francs. So big additional costs. It is not indicated on the site, and in addition I paid 20 francs postage. I'm really not happy because the prices are wrong. If you are ordering from Switzerland I strongly advise against sup Compagny. And check the photo of the package of my order by DPD.
