Happy Pony World is a great place to get an introduction to horseback riding - don't let the name fool you, they have plenty of full size and very well trained and behaved horses. I have a nine-year old stepson who is quite afraid of most everything - including horses. Alex at Happy Pony World did a great job at helping him conquer his fear and ride a horse for the very first time. He rode a full sized horse through a relaxing trail ride in Southwest Ranches. This was a milestone day and Alex helped make that happen. My stepson had a great time and is looking forward to coming back. It was more affordable than other places we looked at so I would highly recommend checking them out.

My family went on trail rides with some different stables nearby, but never really enjoyed it. However, this one was different! I brought my 9 and 11 year old boys and we had a great time! They were very welcoming, making sure we were safe and comfortable with our horses. Their horses are healthy, clean, beautiful and well trained. I was not afraid to pet them. Everyone is really very friendly and we learned a lot about horses! This is by far the best experience I had with riding stables and trail rides! Truly beautiful. Will return!
Alex was an amazing host! I had reached out to a number of equestrian services and he was the only one to respond, and swiftly at that. Setting the reservation was simple. My girlfriend and I arrived and he was very warm and friendly along with his wife. We took the horses out for a ride and Alex and his wife kept us quite comfortable while boosting our confidence. We had so much fun and will be going back again. Thank you Happy Pony world for such an amazing afternoon!!
I am writing this review because today I called to simply get pricing and when I did I did not get a person on the phone so I decided to text the number as it says in the voicemail. The comments back-and-forth were rude to say the least. I had improper pricing that was told to me, not by the company, but by somebody else. When I explain this, the person on the other end of the text message was still rude. I asked for them to call me twice as I was trying to plan my sons first birthday and thought this could be fun for the rest of my kids as well. I love leaving positive reviews, I rarely leave negative ones, but this one just had to be written. Professionalism is definitely not a strong suit here. Update- after reading the review that Alex, the owner, posted in response to my review I have realized that this company is far worse than I expected! He has now stated lies within his post commenting against me and my mother-in-law which is considered slander. I want to make it known that Windy did nothing wrong and this review was solely based off of what Alex did and how he responded through text message. The cost did not make a difference to me and it was not a mistake from anyone from the company. The mistake was from my mother-in-law which was not a big deal. The only reason this review was written was based off of Alex’s response to me through text message. Based off of the slander though, he will be reported to my lawyer. Alex and his employees have blocked me from calling or texting and from what I heard, he was excessively rude and mean to one of his employees that did nothing wrong because of his mistake. A true professional businessman and company would reach out to attempt to fix things, unfortunately Alex is not one of them.
These guys are so awesome I had to write another review because I don’t believe my first one went through. Alex and Wendy are awesome host. This bday experience was remarkable. I’m returning ASAP for any occasion
