I have been going to Birchgrove for a number of years now. It's one of my 'go to' shops. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a good selection of plants, trees and shrubs and the pet department has everything from chicken feed to horse rugs. There is also an indoor shop with a good mixture of things for sale and the cafe is very nice although closed at the moment. Looking forward to my next visit in the new year. Highly recommended.

a very nice friendly garden centre very good help helpfull staff a very nice clean place and great cafe plenty of plants (ect)and if need you can get advise about garden things they have MEGA PETS, BETTER TACK ,COFFEE SHOP.They have Free Parking Carry to Car Service

Always go here for animal feed. Helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable helped sort my dogs diet out. Always buy plants from the garden centre again very good advice. Will be happy to see the cafe open as soon as it is safe to do so lovely dinner day lunch

Love Birchgrove for many reasons. Use the pet centre for all our bulk feed, the garden centre for our plants and always find something nice in the gift shop. Finally no visit is complete without a trip into B,S really missing the coffee shop since lockdown. Sad they have endured flooding not once but twice recently and will continue to give them our custom and support

Friendly family run proper garden centre who sell mainly plants and not mainly household extras. Plants are superb quality and always perform . I have been buying here for 30 years. Indoor and outdoor plants sold. Good selection and not all big names with big prices you get elsewhere.
