I visited your garage twice in May 2019. I was ringing you multiple times and we exchanged emails. Firstly, when I asked for a recall job on the clutch pedal of my vehicle. Despite of giving you full details of job which should be done for free I received a quotation. Luckily I contacted Chevrolet customer service and I knew your dealership will do it for free. When I came to collect my car I got a Vehicle Health Check done by one of your employees which clearly stated there was zero damage on glass of a vehicle. Unfortunately there was a big crack on windscreen. After further discussions one of your managers said the employee must have missed it on his health check because of the position of the crack being low. I will add the crack was about 10 inches. I wasn't happy with the way the business deal with customers. The whole situation was very stressful and unpleasant.
