Today I needed a replacement quick release skewer for my Specialised Vita Elite Disc and turbo trainer, having unwittingly 'mislaid' mine. When I rang the store Wayne was able to find one and generously gifted it to me! This was a much appreciated action during Lockdown 3 to keep me on my bike. Thank you!

The level of service received from Phil last week was outstanding. I spoke to him on the phone to discuss road saddles and he was really knowledgeable about which would suit me best. He was able to check details from a previous bike fit so that he could get the correct size saddle ready for me so I could go and collect it. Further to this he was able to advise on measurements of how to fit this saddle to be the best position for me. As a result of this extra advice and service I have cycled this weekend on what feels like the perfect saddle for me! Thank you Phil!
Travelled quite a distance to visit here only to be told we weren’t all allowed in. Apparently they have a 1-1 policy where they only allow one customer per staff member. I’m happy to follow sensible COVID measures but this was absurd, if the three of us were to enter they would require an extra member of staff meaning 6 people in the shop instead of 5. Staff don’t seem to give a monkeys, so off to buy a bike elsewhere.
I just wanted to reach out to Phil and say thank you. Recently, I got in to road biking and knew something was off with my bike. I walked into your store and I was promptly sent over to Phil. He spent 10 mins with me made some changes to my bike and sent me off. I ride 50 to 90 miles every few days and it’s made riding just so much more enjoyable. So, thank you Phil, you are a true Proffesional! It was an honour to meet you.
Collected some Ortlieb Panniers I'd ordered online from this store. I was impressed with the level of service I received from the two girls running the store.
