It has been a fantastic service so far in terms of getting set up and understanding the process of moving to split the bills. We genuinely as a household couldn’t be happier we the service received from the team especially Connor. He is a credit to the business as his warm and friendly demeanour has help us feel extremely content that we as a household are moving to the right provider. Nice job Connor and Split the Bills team.

If there was a rating lower than zero, i would definitely rate the service this. All year long whilst signed on with them, we were paying the agreed amount without fail. Only today, 2 months after our contract ended, it turns out Split The Bills never changed our electricity and water suppliers, nor did they pay them at all. My roommate gave them a call and was refunded the whole amount, but the fact that the service did not do the only thing they advertised to do means that this is fraud to the highest degree. Do not use this service, you'll avoid a massive headache.

Really good customer service. I needed to ring them the other day my call was picked up quickly and person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.
The customer service is lovely and very helpful, especially as an international student, I was so lost at sorting out the electric bills of my current place, but it was really kind of them to guide me through step by step patiently. 10/10 would recommend using their service !!
