I highly recommend Music City if you are looking for a new piano. Not only do they provide expert, useful advice and information, it’s given in a kind and friendly manner. They are very helpful and steered me toward a superior product that I originally was not looking for because I didn’t understand the difference until I was informed. I couldn’t be happier with my new Roland and it’s beautiful, rich sound. A special thank you to Carrie, as she is a rock star and is a wealth of knowledge.

Music has been part of my DNA, playing professionally for years around Spokane’s live music scene. Even after I stopped playing out, I continued to play for my own enjoyment. But all my music gear was in my basement and when I became disabled, I could no longer access it. On retiring from my job, I decided to splurge and buy a piano for the main level of my house. Talking to Carrie Hoogstad on the phone, I described in great deal what I was looking for. It was obvious that she “got” it. From the minute I stepped into the store, she made me feel welcome, answered my very detailed questions readily and knowledgeably, and opened my eyes to possibilities in a digital piano I hadn’t even considered. I can’t thank her enough for her expertise and advice because I ended up with a Roland baby grand digital that fulfills my wildest dreams! It feeds my spirit, fills my retirement years with beautiful music and infinite musical possibilities. She’s a gem, always ready to answer follow up questions, and helpful suggestions. So glad I met Carrie!!
