Just gave this location another try due to hearing about new ownership. Let me tell you, it was amazing! The store is clean with an updated look and new equipment, and the customer service has completely improved. The new owner, Dave, is friendly and solely focused on improving every aspect of this location. I highly recommend giving it a try, or another chance if you've steered away from it in the past.

Walked in to place an order about 4ish on Saturday 4/4 and they were slammed. Three gentlemen were behind the counter who were very busy but attentive and greeted me immediately. Michael came over to take my order which was quite extensive and complicated. I was surprised when he didn’t write anything down but put it into the computer immediately instead. I thought this was going to seal the fate of my order for sure but to my surprise everything was as I ordered. Michael was quick with it too, for how busy they were. He told me 45 minutes but I came back in 30 and they were done. Michael displayed genuine customer service and I most certainly will be back in.

First time here in a long time. This place was going downhill for a long time. The new owner definately changed that. The customer service was great and the hoagie was delicious. Will definitely be coming in more often.

The new owner took over in October 2020 and has done a nice job of turning it around. The food is excellent as I bought 3 hoagie trays for a small gathering for my son's birthday and the people loved it. They asked where I got these trays and I told them Springfield and they loved the variety of the trays. The store is very clean and they obide by all of the Covid-19 protocols. Dave, the owner, wants to please the community and give the best customer service he can. He has a customer for life in me. I highly recommend Primo/Springfield for your sandwich needs.
