Incredible delivery service......I placed an order online on Sunday morning and received it, by post, on Monday morning ( the next day! ). Very impressed.

Like the experience shared by some of the reviewers I had an almost similar experience with the arrogant owner. The manner in which he treated me was totally uncalled for Pure ignorance!! His attitude is appalling and he should consider a course in dealing with customers. The no refund policy in place is against your consumer rights. The no refund/exchange of products is also in violation of your consumer rights The old man with glasses /owner says theres signs everywhere telling this, (pointing to a small sign at the door handle, where anyone with sight difficulties would find it hard to notice ) , this is the second time I have experienced this arrogance in SPRINGWOOLS & the last. He also has a horrible way of speaking to staff in front of customers, totally uncalled for. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, thinking I was doing good supporting an Irish & local business. The prices of wool are far better in Turkey.
The owner (older man with glasses) is the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever come across in a shop. I would suggests he takes a course on how to address and talk to people. A friend of mine and I were waiting outside to go in, the \welcome\ was short and swift with a repeated \we're full\. After a person came out he insisted one of us goes in even tho we told him numerous times we need to go in together (I was going to pick the type of wool and she was going to knit it for me) so we'll wait until someone else comes out. To which he replied \I need someone to come in now! and speed things up\. My friend went in and I messaged her to come out, I was over his rudeness at that point. As we left, a woman heard me complaining outside and told us he was extremely rude to her as well. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THAT'S WHAT WE ARE ABOUT TO DO.
I wish I read the reviews here before I called looking for help. Most unhelpful man answered the phone. Very disappointing. All I wanted was some patience and advice but instead was badgered with questions to the point where I hung up. If you dont know what youre looking for I wouldn't bother calling this place.
The girls are so helpful nothing is to much trouble. They help you choose the right buttons and always have a smile love going into the shop.
