First time I had visited this particular store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is very well laid out and lots of signs telling you where everything is. Very impressed. Be careful though, I only went in to buy some sheets and came out with lots more.

I love Dunelm, products are well priced and large range of items. This time I was buying soft furnishings. Great quality
Click and collect only due to Covid.it is safe however the queue was very long as there was only 1 member of staff dealing with customers
I ordered fabric and one of their member cut a wrong fabric for me. The manager and his assistant went and extra mile and sorted the mistake straight away. They were very helpful! I am very happy with their service in general too.
Good selection of everything you would expect for the home but shop is very cramped and it needs restocking in some areas whereas other areas are over crowded. Could do with a redesign! But it's all reasonably priced and if you have time to search around there's some bargains to be had.
