Elgin Chrysler is very sevice oriented. Waiting area is comfortable and has great coffee. Popcorn is good too. Oh yeah!!! The vehicles are pretty decent also...lol!

Mathew, their salesman extraordinaire took car of everything over the phone. I test drove the car at one of their sister dealerships. He delivered the car to my house the next week. The service was great ,it was just body shop that i was a little disappointed with. All is good now and i was very pleased with the way the service department handled the problem. I dont think that i have ever had a problem with the service i receive when i bring my truck in ,but i would give you guys 5 stars
