Steve came out on a Saturday to look at our inherited log burner, which was smoking badly when we used it... Not ideal! He spent a good while explaining to us what was wrong with the installation, and how to fix it - and didn't charge us a penny for the visit. We ultimately decided to go with a new stove, and make the changes needed to the existing flue which would allow it to draw properly. Steve ended up driving half way across the country to fetch a key part he needed that failed to turn up in the post, and ended up fitting our stove when we were at work. Came home to a brilliant new stove, old stove removed and left in the garage as we requested. Brilliant job, thanks very much Steve, we are absolutely loving using our new stove!

Steve did a brilliant job installing our new wood burner, while also re-installing another of our stoves that had previously been fitted so badly that we could not use it. Steve was reliable, punctual and a pleasure to work with. Both of our stoves are working perfectly now and we are enjoying their warmth!
