Classes are good and the studio is pleasant but the attitude of some teachers is questionable. I came to a Bikram class and informed the teacher that I have been practicing for 3 years when she gave newcomers instructions. Coming to the studio in good time I put my mat in front of the mirror to work on my posture and the teacher just came and moved it because another student wanted my place! Without even asking if she could touch my belongings (while COVID-19 has already reached Stockholm)!! Apparently regulars in the studio are given special treatment regardless of how much experience new members have and how much discomfort they will face. Very irresponsible and disrespectful attitude. When offered feedback, I asked the teacher to not do that again and be more respectful of attendants. I see not reason why another person should take my place when I MADE EFFORT to come to the class early. No apology was offered although the teacher told that she would consider my feedback. As a result I got banned from the studio for apparently being rude. In what kind of place offering a paid service giving feedback is automatically considered rudeness? Definitely not in the kind of place where I would go to uplift my spirit for quite a high fee. Nice facade, Disappointing experience, would not recommend to anyone

Took a bikram class with Ricardo who freestyled the sequence as he saw fit (skipping breaks, doing one yin-style set instead of the normal two sets without saying anything), not giving proper instructions and using annoying/condescending language. I'm likely banned from the studio now (they seem to do that to people voicing critics by the sound of other reviews).
It turns out my body and I love yoga. I'm grateful for having found Yogastyrka which provides a great variety of different yoga, excellent facilities, knowledgeable and ambitious teachers and in general a relaxed atmosphere to be in. The classes are usually not very crowded which give you plenty of room to do your yoga in. I'm always looking forward to my next class @Yogastyrka, it's great fun and I'd recommend anyone interested in checking the place out! :) Cheers Sam
Yogastyrka has improved my yoga and physic all over tremendously through their classes and staff that are always giving 100%! They are well educated and engaged in your individual journey to fitness. I highly recommend Yogastyrka to everybody that's looking to take their yoga, physic och mental well-being being to the next level!
I have been to a few different studios in Stockholm. Yoga Styrka is definitely one of the best I have been to. The instructor I have had is very professional. He has the ability to pinpoint exactly what you need to pay extra attention to in each posture. As a side note I have noticed is that he does not talk more than necessary (as opposed to many other instructors). It makes it easier to focus and get better into the session.
Overcrowded, tiny studio. After having to move 3 times before the class started because people had to keep shuffling, I decided to leave when I got an elbow to my back by the lady beside me and yet more people kept trying to enter the room and also trying to find space. By far the most crowded studio I’ve ever been to in all my travels and the poorest customer service. I was however warned about them so I got what I deserved. Apparently, Yogarama is better and just around the corner.
Probably one of the best Yoga Bikram studios in Stockholm. Start your weekend in Stockholm with this and you can follow up with a stroll around Djurgården. @yogastyrka
One of the best hot yoga studios Ive come across in Stockholm. Ive ben coming to Yogastyrka at Grevgatan for now 4 months and it has been one of my best decisions made ever. The classes are great with several teachers and the Bikram classes are mixed so you are able to attend at any level. A well recommended studio worth the try.
