Wow, I had the most beautiful experience with Sue at the Bridal Lounge Cheshire. I literally chose my wedding dress in one visit, this was the only bridal shop I visited and the range of dresses were stunning, so unique. The whole experience was incredible and I can not recommend the bridal lounge enough. I chose my dress with my mum and we were made to feel at ease, Sue has an amazing knowledge of bridal and goes the extra mile in helping you find the fairytale dress. X

I first visited The Bridal Lounge Cheshire in March to look at swatches for the Eliza & Ethan multiwrap dresses. Suzanne was very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to spend quite some time. We decided we would go away and think about the colours. Suzanne was very understanding and didn't put any pressure on us to make a sale. Shortly after, I emailed to get a quote on the dresses and Suzanne was very quick to reply. I was amazed to get a reply on the same day! Unfortunately, Covid happened so we were not able to purchase the dresses until the shop reopened. When we visited again in June, I was amazed at how safe I felt in the shop. We booked a slot so we had the shop to ourselves, there was hand sanitiser on arrival and we all wore masks to keep each other safe. The dresses were very affordable, having researched other bridal shops, and after the lovely experience with Suzanne, we knew we wanted to give her our custom and support her little business. TLDR: Suzanne is super friendly, quick to reply and her shop is safe and very affordable.

I visited this bridal boutique after they re opened after lockdown. Suzanne went above and beyond to make my experience so special even in these uncertain and strange times, making myself and my mum feel so safe and at ease. This did not stop me and with the help of Suzanne I found my dream dress. With the new co-vid rules and limiting numbers, Suzanne was so kind and helpful, also taking out the time to allow me to come for a second visit with my made of honour. I would highly recommend visiting this boutique. It will be an experience I will never forget!

Such a lovely environment. Plenty of dresses to try on. She helped me get a dress altered with very short notice so thankyou! Getting excited now only 3 weeks till the wedding.

I was very fearful of wedding dress shopping and the two shops I visited previously were awful experiences. We cam across the bridal lounge by chance and booked an appointment with Suzanne. Easily one of the best experiences ever, she made me feel so comfortable listened to exactly what I wanted and was so patient with me. The shop is stunning and the dresses more so. Would 10000% recommend to any bride. Suzanne is a miracle worker and I gained confidence during the visit.
