Unfortunately we have been let down on aftercare following a promt delivery. Our hot tub purchased 5 weeks ago now was rattling from the start. We have been patiently waiting with 4 no shows of someone coming to assess the situation and now non responsive to voicemails and texts. Really disappointed and wouldn't now recommend. Now trying to sort ourselves

My hottub wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t use it and the two lads that came out to repair it were lovely lads and had it fixed in no time and there was no call out charge like over companies do pleased with the service
