Really impressed with the customer service here. We visited before lockdown looking for 3 lights. Two were in stock, one had to be ordered which then was delayed by lockdown. John did everything he could to chase up the supplier and kept me informed almost on a daily basis. When it arrived I was struggling to arrange a collection time so Tom ended up dropping it off on his way home. What great customer service, really cheerful and helpful!

We'd been looking for a new chandelier for our dining room area, and it was proving a little tough as I didn't want anything overly showy or overstated. When we arrived at PLC I was amazed at the selection, and there was a load of choice. John, one of the sales team, took us to see one that he thought would fit the bill - and I loved it!! It is the perfect size, it fits the space beautifully and I am delighted with the recommendation! John showed us how we could add shades should we wish, and we did (these were ordered from elsewhere and didn't come with the chandelier). Thank you PLC - we'll recommend you as much as we can!

A great lighting shop although the shop was only open for pick ups John was so helpful we where able to purchase a light fitting from outside the shop and over the phone
