This is the only guy in Stoke repairing power tools and he knows it so his attitude stinks . I took a Makita SDS drill in for a quote he told me it needed a new mother board. His quote to repair was a rip off so I said thanks but no thanks I will collect it today. Got there opened the box only to find my Makita in pieces I asked why it was in pieces and he said I need to pay him 50 to put it back together!! Bad attitude look around there maybe someone else offering a better service.

I recently had a problem with my Bosch planer, I contacted Bosch repair centre who sent me collection confirmation details for their collect and repair service, then next day I got an email to say they couldn't help me and offered me a discount on a new one ! I found TK tools on line and took my planer to them... they told me they were very busy but could fix it fir me in a couple of weeks. I phoned them after that time to see how it was progressing and was told it would be done in the next 24 hours, It was and I was delighted with the outcome and their service. I would recommend them without hesitation but be aware that this is a one man business therefore it may take a few extra days but well worth the wait.
