Bought a Mercedes in November 2020 from Dave fox cars and after few weeks engine started rattling. Took it back to them 3 times and they said nothing wrong with the car. Found out today need a new timing chain which will cost me 1200. Paid over 13k which is decent for the car so it's nothing cheap. Stay away from this place !!!!

Bought an i3 from here in january. Car was great, nice spec,decent price. There is a great selection of standard and classic cars here. Laid back and friendly unlike large car supermarkets. Let me take a test drive at my leisure with no pressure selling afterwards. Only 4 stars though as drivers seat was dirty so I asked if they would clean before collection which they said they would. Arrived to find the seat still dirty.Should have been done on a 13,500 car. *UPDATE* had an issue where the supplied BMW charger didn't work, Dave Fox cars supplied a replacement quickly and with no quibble. Upgraded to 5 stars now as they do look after you when you have a problem.

I bought a VW CC from them and was not hassled at all when looking, just left me to check the car over and make sure I was happy. Got a great deal on the car and there was nothing that was too much trouble for them to sort out, the communication from start to finish was brilliant. Very impressed with all the cars that were up for sale and I could not recommend them enough. I bought my car in the dreaded covid19 pandemic but felt very safe at their premises and the team put me at ease through the whole process. The car has been great so far and I am more than pleased with my purchase from them.

I strongly recommend Dave Fox for anyone looking to buy a used car. I bought a Mercedes ML 350 and I had a 3 month warranty. The windscreen washers was not perfect and Auto Protect refused to repair it. I emailed Dave Fox garage and within minutes they contacted me and they changed my windscreen washer free of charge and even offered me a loan car . Every one is very professional and very keen to help. Definitely I will recommend Dave Fox foe all my friends.
