As a retired Sports Therapist myself I have found it very difficult to find a therapist who works with a similar approach to myself. Kay's knowledge & ability to not only locate the source of problem but treat effectively gave me the confidence I needed. The treatment room is clean, tidy & a comfortable temperature & Kay's approach is both professional yet calming - she has a natural ability to put you at ease. Kay is a gem of a find. I have already recommended her to a couple of friends and have no hesitation in recommending her further. p.s. Don't let Kay's stature deceive you, those thumbs will impact the toughest of knots! For a first massage. The experience was very professional. Very well explained. And very relaxing. I'm into my 3rd session. Very reasonably priced.
I had a great experience. Kay appeared to care a great deal for me as client by listening and consulting me on my back issues in a very professional manner. The massage was firm and deep and although having a full body massage she was able to give additional attention on my problem areas. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely become a regular client.
I received a great deep tissue massage from Kay a few months ago. She was very thorough, questioning the reason for my initial request for her service. Kay gave me advise on after care. Kay's practice is wonderful, light, airy welcoming. I felt comfortable at ease although in a little discomfort hence the reason for my appointment. Kay pointed out weak points from observations as well as from her fab hands on work to aid my neck and lower back. I'm came across Kay and her business from a post via a friend looking for a sports massage recommendation and Kay's name cropped up several times. I have no hesitation in recommending her too. FAB EXCELLENT.
