Spent several thousand to buy and have fitted a new wooden floor. Installation was a disaster. (1) Fitters were not informed of a installation date change and entered house on wrong day (let in by decorator) (2) Broke audio system which had not been disassembled as we did not expect them (3) Wooden floor supported was not properly finished (4) Fitter decided to use my own hoover to clear up the mess and left it full of chemical residues and other rubbish (5) Management at stratford tiles would not come to visit and see the damage caused - instead they starting send me legally worded emails to say it was their contractors who did the damage (so not their fault) , no record of date change for the job (I went to the shop - spoke in person). Stuff can always go wrong, its how problems are resolve that counts - this was handled in a dismissive and self-serving way. (Feb 2021) Its 3 years later and no reply, no apology, no attempt to remedy. Shambolic.
