Spacious and not stuffy (it has proper of ventilation) . The pork Satay is a bit on the lean side. So it's harder but well marinated. I love the sauce as it has a balance of pineapple and peanut giving you the chewy texture and tangy taste.

The pork satay was so good when we tried it the first time, we returned to get more again the next day! The peanut sauce had a perfect balance of salty, chunky peanuts & sweet pineapple bits. Make sure you try the different variety of grilled meats they serve there. Will definitely be back for more when I am next back in Malacca.

I prefer pork satay from the shop nearby jonker street than this one. The meat is dry and harder (overcooked) from this shop, has very stronger ginger/ginger powder flavor. The satay sauce has very strong taste of peanut. If you like what I describe here, maybe you will prefer pork satay from this shop. ️

The quality has drop Vs my last visit few years ago. Previously....the father use to BBQ the satay in front of the shop n will put on the plate in your table the quantity he can spare for u ( I miss that moment). It's hot n tasty with authentic BBQ satay taste. But now...it's BBQ at the back. The satay is Luke warm/cold with no more the authentic taste anymore.(taste flat) The intestine satay is the same...Both also lost the crunchy too. The satay sauce is a bit watery n less peanut. Luckily the cucumber is still ok (lol)

There is only pork and chicken satay when we were there. The pork satay is good but the chicken satay is quite rough. The satay sauce is quite unique though.

Great place to have your cravings of pork and intestine satay here in Melaka. Walking distance from Jonker Street. The peanut sauces are mix with pineapple fruit, giving it a hint of sweet sour nyonka kind of flavour. Wish it had more peanuts in the sauce itself.

Hygiene issue is serious. Satay come with small portion and not nice. I won't recommend. I would rather ask you to go Kajang satay. But if you are keen to pork satay, which is very hard to get in Malaysia, then you can try here. Pork satay taste okay. Other than that, I see no reason to come.
