Dunelm is one of the nicest shops that I have been in. I use a wheelchair and the staff are so helpful and really pleasant, especially the young man who is usually by the entrance to greet customers during Covid!

Good loads of stuff and good food upstairs
Decent product, decent price but their click and collect service is muddled, rushed and unreliable. I wont be using your shop again as needed to pick up one small item for a job im doing but over 2 hrs later the item still hadnt been picked. Staff confused, wasted my time and your confirmations need to be more realistic so folk arent disappointed. Screwfix and toolstation can have orders ready and theyre busier so why cant you?

I had a lovely cup of tea and toasted fruitbread, this morning. First time out since March due to illness, I left my debit card. Rang the store spoke to Alyssa who immediately checked the cafe and my card was handed in to the Manager in the cash room. Brilliant service......
