Shocking experience with this company today been on the phone to two separate people for over an hour.Both times just cut off.Will definitely be moving provider.

Well since our smart meter was fitted nothing but trouble. Stopped working within a few weeks being fitted reported it 3 times gave up so we carried on sending in our reading like we have for over 6 years now. Then in December our electric meter stopped working same reading since December rang many times same thing will get back to you Now it is February cannot do a right Reading for the electric only our gas. So we are going to have one very large bill Not happy at all. Got more important things to be doing than sitting on the end of a phone aiting for the same answer we will get back to you. Well EDF not going to be paying the big bill your fault not ours.

After working here for quite a few years it used to be good but that changed ..power crazy muppet management who start off just normal nice staff until they sit a management exam consisting of colouring books and crayons.there main duty is to try and bully you and ruin your life ..try to anyway .but if your like me and see their flaws (and that's loads) and refuse to be bullied and segregated to be slowly chipped away at ...they make rules and things up over a time then decide to get rid ..so yep was a good company to work for.

really bad . stay away from this company . no matter what they promise you ends up paying lot more. very poor customer service.
