The day sleep staff is so caring and took all the time I needed. She didn’t rush me and let me ask as many questions as I needed. She helped me with my bipap trying dozens of mask until I found the right one. The company I got my bipap from didn’t explain anything. I live over 30 minutes from the sleep center and was not excited to drive to the other side of town but so glad I decided to make the drive.

I tried calling here at 12:30pm on a Friday. I was placed on hold immediately. There were no automated prompts where I could have just been transferred to a voicemail for the doctor or PA. Instead I waited for about 12 minutes, when I was told that the PA was already gone for the day. I was told that I could be transferred to the Medical Assistant, where I could leave a message and be called back in 48 hours. I asked to do that and was placed back on hold for nearly another 10 minutes, only to end up cold transferred into a voicemail box. It was a waste of nearly 30 minutes of my time when this could have been done via automated menu choices. Definitely room for some improvement here.

At The Ready

Back office staff have always been great. Front office staff however are a different story; been hung up multiple times when trying to set an appt, put on hold for 20 minutes and more/worse. This is not a seasonal/volume issue, just the norm for this office.

This place has to be a joke. I’ve been waiting nine days for a call back just to make an appointment. I’ve left two messages, been put on hold for over 12 minutes and hung up on waiting to be transferred. After reading all the other horrible reviews I’ve decided to stop wasting my time and find and find an office that is actually willing to help patients.
