I always find the staff friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that they dont accept some of the items that the City of Surrey also doesn't accept(a disappointment on its own), and instructs us to return to a depot. We separated glass jars, chip bags and plastic bags, not accepted. I think it would benefit the community to be able to return everything on this list locally.
