A huge thank you to all the staff at Ian Hazels for arranging the cremation of my mother in law Nancy Chapman. They made what was a very sad occasion run smoothly from start to finish and the compassionate and caring way they dealt with us was second to none. My family and I would like to thank you all at Ian Hazels Funerals Ltd for the very sympathetic and very well-conducted arrangements for the funeral of my father, John Byrne on the 3rd December at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium. Throughout, from beginning to end, the treatment we received was calm, kind, understanding and helpful. The service went very well and we all thought that Fr. Darren Smith was excellent, indeed several of the mourners have commented to that effect since the service. The webcast has proved most effective and was appreciated by a number of friends and relatives who could not attend in person. We would particularly like to extend our thanks to James and Tim, in particular for their suggestion regarding the Union Jack, this was truly fitting and greatly appreciated by all. Lance Byrne

Unfortunately we have had to use the services of Ian Hazel on a few occasions, however that is testament to the professional, caring & compassionate way we have been treated as a family. No detail was left unturned, all arrangements were attended to & we were guided by Sue with expertise but most importantly genuine care. When the time comes when we need these services again we will use Ian Hazel's.
