I had my old car Frankenstein (that's what I called her she'd been rebuilt so many times) for about 10 years. Reason being because I hated the car buying experience especially being a woman. Anyway Tom really made it easy with no pressure or BS. I bought a fantastic little car from him for a great price. She looks lovely and has low mileage and great features. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed hassle free car buying experience.

Had to return the car due to a mechanical problem which was extremely disappointing because it was exactly what we wanted and the initial description and viewing was perfect. However I cannot fault the way it was dealt with. Car was collected as arranged and refunded immediately in full. Obviously a trustworthy garage and the problem with the car was nobody's fault.
Tom Poole is an absolute dream to deal with. Honest, fair and up front. If only more car dealers were like him! A pleasure to do business with.
