If you are considering using GCC as a cleaning company, I would strongly urge you to reconsider and definitely do not sign up to their contract and terms and conditions. As stated below by other reviewers, their terms are punitive. Customer Service has been terrible and GCC are not answering answer questions that I am asking. A one star only because I can't give a zero.

first of all im not the type of woman who gives praise for someone being paid to do their job but thankyou GCC for sending the welshman with long goatee beard.from the moment he walked into the hotel i work at he walked in with a big smile introducted himself and smelling amazing first impressions 10 out of 10 for meeting the man for the first time. the man never stopped and even had time to help us housekeepers carry laundry to stores...great service.

The cleaning service provided is average. The contracts that they get you signed into are punitive. They get businesses to sign self renewing contract that mean you cannot give notice for years. BE AWARE OF ALL THE TERMS IN THEIR CONTRACTS. THEY WILL CATCH YOU OUT.

Dont really know how the company works or anything but the bald driver of vehicle BK68 XAC in malvern on friday 25 september 2020 should be banned for life he was all over the road sharp breaking then nearlly taking me out on a juction then taking two lanes just to turn right..stop him driving or some poor soul will have a knock off the police with bad news
