Hello. I'll come straight to the point as a matter of urgency, South Derbyshire Council have failed to collect our refuse, and not for the first time. People are starting to deposit their rubbish in black bags on the street which is an incredibly worrying situation in terms of health and safety and disease control. The situation is likely to become catastrophic over the Christmas period. I am a home owner and of course a council tax payer. I am struggling to understand how I find myself in this situation in modern times. Obviously I have contacted the council regarding this matter, only to be met by impatience and rudeness. Somebody please help us! Thank you.
