Wow! What a thoroughly professional and effective service Marc has provided in order to destroy the wasp nest we had in the ceiling void of our loft bedroom. He is extremely knowledgable and efficient as well as being very courteous and a really nice guy. Customer seice was exemplary as it took a couple of attempts to remove the nest due to its very awkward location; Marc only charged me once for the job after saying that he would not charge me further until the nest had gone and he was completely true to his word.
