We had a terrible experience with this firm and advice others to avoid this place. We had given our hard disk for recovery. It was not reading properly by the laptop. When we approached this firm they assured us that they will recover the data. Little did we know that they have no expertise in this aspect. They did not tell us that they have no experience and they outsource it to outer agencies. After two days we called them and they said the scan is still going on. This was the same answer they will give us everyday. There was no conclusive answers or status reports that was offered. Finally we decided to go and collect our hard disk. The owner was hesitant about our visit and asked us to come tomorrow. But we informed that we are coming and get our disk ready. We reached there and he informed that it is in the ground floor and we did not trust so we followed him. They do not have any office in ground floor. He was waiting for his assistant to bring the hard disk from the other service center. He brought the hard disk in his shirt pocket while driving a two wheeler. He was so unprofessional that both of them tried to open and show is the disk in the middle of the dusty road. They could not offer any explanation about the damage. We took thr hard disk and left. Our request is to avoid this place and also the assistant who sits there. They are unprofessional and do more damage to your systems.

I took Laptop battery from here long back. While delivering they informed me about precautions to be taken. I followed the same and its been four years and the Laptop battery working fine till now.
