Came to transport my 96 year old mother from Upstate community to Iroquois Nursing home. Our first impression was not good. Their appearance was far from professional. The female attendant's first concern was getting her water cups refilled. Both reeked of smoke. Because we were concerned for our mothers safety, I rode in the ambulance. First, it was a very hot day and the air conditioner in the ambulance didn't work. Second, the driver was on his phone the whole trip. I thought New York had a distracted driving law? For this kind of service we paid 150 I plan to let Upstate hospital know how unhappy we are with this very unprofessional service.

Contracted for one week and they charged us for two. Called and said they would return the unused week. That was November 2017. Now May 2018 and we still do not have it back. Will not take our calls and when we finally said we would contact our lawyer they said “Go ahead, it will cost you more than the 320 we owe you.” I believe that says they have done this before. Very unprofessional, dirty vehicles and smell like smoke. Do not put your loved ones in their care and do not give them your credit card info.

I would never trust these people with anyone I hold dear. I saw one of these vans (#10) stop in the middle of traffic while the person in the passengers seat opened their door and smashed something in the street. They then continued to tailgate and swerve through traffic on the west street 690 on-ramp and merging 2 lanes right with their left hand signal on all while the passenger was holding their door open and slowing down almost to a stop IN THE MIDDLE OF 690 EAST. Not only are they endangering the lives of other people not requiring their services, they are definitely not safely transporting anyone who does.
