I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Gold Coast schools from obtaining my Real Estate license in 2001, my brokers license in 2004 and all the required continuing education courses. The instructors have always been more than knowledgeable, motivational and make the classroom experience extremely enjoyable. Lively discussions surrounding actual experiences give an additional level of education and I look forward to continuing my experience with Gold Coast schools.

My overall experience at the school was excellent. Marylin, my teacher, was Superior and I felt lucky to be assigned to her class. Marylin provided all the information needed and explained in detail the real world knowledge needed for my sucess in Real Estate. I will recommend Gold Coast School to anyone interested in learning the Real Estate business or any other classes offered.
This school is THE BEST school! Every resource you think you'll ever need to learn what you need to know and pass your exams is readliy available to you. The staff is very helpful. David, specifically, is amazing! He is super professional, very patient and knows exactly what he's doing! Gold Coast is THE BEST!
The course content and presenter are great. Laura is a very good and knowledgeable instructor. Office staff is a little iffy on the service side, otherwise good experience
