Chris and his team were absolutely amazing at restoring our two large inglenook fireplaces back to Tudor age glory. From crumbling bricks to beautiful surfaces again, he carefully tended to damaged bricks, replaced bricks that could not be salvaged with like-for-like Tudor reclaimed bricks and transformed the fireplaces from a badly finished eyesore which had not used traditional lime pointing, to beautiful focal points for our 500 yrs old cottage. Chris has an eye and a passion for traditional restoration and that was invaluable to us. He was prompt and timely and his communication in advance of the project start and throughput was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend CJH Brick Restoration.
