Great area to join. Wanted to ride the light rail but none of the ticket machines worked.

It's peaceful and such a beautiful walk. Saw the aftermath of the train bridge. Met some nice people. Clean area. On Saturday you can park on the street for free until 10am.
Mill Ave is THE place to be on a Friday or Saturday. Also any holiday. Specifically the 4th of July, and New Year's eve. They basically have a 5 mile long block party, with EVERY type of food, store, and entertainment you could want, its ALL on Mill Ave. VERY fun place to visit for anyone, whether you're a resident of Arizona, or just visiting, this is hands down the place to be. The downsides are large crowds(only on weekends and holidays) lots of police(on horseback) who are running pretty much a zero tolerance policy on Mill, so don't act up, or you might be gettin a ticket, but there is so much to do there, that its not hard to find something that you can do besides getting into trouble. I like going to the video game bar they have(AMAZING lil spot for gamers) and sitting near the water with my GF

Google why no up-to-date information on light rail an metro bus. And make the stops separate enuff To choose.
