Dr. Patel and her staff is great. If you want a doctor that will actually address your problems and provide the more effective and preventative treatment she is your girl! I have seen dramatic changes in my pain level since going to her.

As a nurse I am highly critical of my care. Dr. Patel and the office staff are fabulous. They all have treated me with compassion and have reduced all stress associated with going to the Dr. They adress all my concerns and have answered all my questions. I have to drive 150 miles in to see them and it is more than worth the drive. I am blessed to have found such wonderful cre givers. I highly recommend them.

This place is so disorganized and unprofessional. First of all they created a splint for me, and when they went to “seat” it they had 3 people try to put it in before even going to get the doctor to figure it out. Once he came in it turned out that they had switched my mouthpiece out for another patient’s mouthpiece…. GROSS! After trying to force it into my mouth for a while they said that they are going to have to take another mold AGAIN! I had already lost money and taken the day off work for this and now they are having me come back in again and have to take another day off. On top of all that the billing department messed up and they ended up billing me for both visits when it was their mistake from the beginning. All of the techniques and appliances did not help cure my pain. I am quite sure they add in a bunch of extra visits and appliances to get more money out of me and my insurance. Stay far away from this greed driven practice.

Dharti Patel , DMD (at Southwest Orofacial Group on Southern Ave in Tempe) is vert professional and thorough. I have had chronic neck and jaw pain for over 30 years and have seen five jaw/maxiofacial specialists. Dr Patel is the best one I have been to. My pain is already significantly improved after two visits. Dr Patel gave me exercises to do with my jaw and an upper night appliance which has helped greatly. The staff is exceptional also. David assisted me with a perpetual insurance issue which was resolved with his help. Highly recommend this office.
