I contacted this establishment prior to travelling and explained what I needed. They responded the same day to say they could help. A lady called Sandra went out of her way to find me the sample I was looking for. I travelled down today and received a pleasant welcome from the staff. Sandra took me to the tree she had reserved for me and it was perfect. Unfortunately I didn't have time to have a proper look round but the place seemed very enticing, well layed out and had appropriate social distancing. I want to return ASAP. I honestly could not fault the customer service I received from start to finish. The tree was for my dad and he seems really thrilled with it.

If you need a tree of any type this place can or will try to get it. We travel from Coventry to tenbury any time we need a tree. The trees are always of exceptional quality. Excellent customer service.
Everything from the advice and friendly mannerisms on the phone when ordering to the delivery of my crab apple trees was fabulous. The trees were very well packaged and very healthy on arrival. Many thanks for such stellar service and healthy trees.

Braught couple fruit trees and bushes, lovely top quality, plus the selection of choise and advise helping me pick my was spot on.. Even after delivery they were kind enough to answer my questions and give advise.. Most happy!
