Obviously things have got quite slow due to the COVID, but these guys got in touch couple of days after I made the order to let me know my first ever bunch of shrimps was on its way with the rest of my order. Very friendly team with vast range of knowledge. I would come back to buy more stuff from them in a future, RECOMMEND!

We are so impressed with the level of customer care we experienced with Real Aquatics, they went above and beyond for our relatively small online order as a birthday gift for our son. The fish were packaged perfectly, nice and snug with a warm heat pack and arrived in very healthy condition, even the courier handled them very gently. The fish are beautiful! **reedited AGAIN** I was quite scaving of this company the first time I used them, as I felt that they hadn’t communicated too well with me. We ‘made up’ I bought some more fish (Piranhas) and the service was impeccable, only surpassed by the quality of the fish. I now am the proud owner of 6 wonderful Piranhas - and so glad I stuck with this business and gave them a second try. Highly recommend.
