After reading their reviews, I decided to give them a try. I have a gas-burning wood stove that needed to be looked at. I sent them an inquiry via their website and was contacted in a very timely manner. They came when they said they would and texted ahead as they said they would - 2 things that often don't occur with service providers. Clean, efficient and professional, I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to call them again in the future!

Fireplace gas insert fan motor not working so I called The Fireplace Guys and set up appointment. The service rep Derek was there on time and replaced the fan motor unit and truly did an amazing job from setting up his work tarps to making sure the floor did not get damaged to cleaning up the work area and answering questions that I had. They are highly recommended and definitely can’t go wrong Thank You for the service and very Happy
Our gas fireplace insert did not work right from the very beginning. If it was windy out or the outside temperature was less than 40 degrees, the flame would dance around the fire box for a minute then go out and not relight. The company we purchased it from could not service it and the installers they recommended were useless to help. After 5 years of frustration we called Derek at The Fireplace Guys. He came right out, serviced the fireplace and now it works reliably no matter the weather. We are delighted! Thank you Fireplace Guys!

Had these good folks make two non working fireplaces in charlestown into gas fireplaces. Came on time each day, were courteous to myself and my wife, and did a great job. Simply put, i recommend them as they committed to a job and price and fulfilled it.
Same issue like most people! They came charged me a lot of money for a very short amount of time! And I reached out them multiple times and no answer or reply! My remote is not working after he said on the phone it was but I’m using it and it won’t work! I’m also calling my credit card company for a refund because I can’t get them back to fix the issue! Horrible customer service! Suggestion hire an office admin so someone professional can answer the phone and take messages, not your long drawn out voicemail telling clients that you won’t be getting back to them for a long time and to save your number Incase you call back!
Great Experience, Very Professional. Called for routine cleaning and maintenance - they came on time, were friendly (especially toward my wiggly overly enthusiastic dog :) and helpful in answering all my questions. Highly recommend!
