I cannot thank these enough as they have been wonderful to me and family since moving here some 6 yrs ago. They have helped me EMENSELY. Thank you all. Also girls on reception are soo helpful and caring.

asked for the change the address as don't leave in Thetford any more but working in the area and my little boy is going to the nursery next door they just replied that they cannot see me or my 4y old any more because it's not our catchment any more. All repeat perceptions had to move to new surgery and school lane doesn't want to cooperate in any way , have been registered with them 13 years.just closed doors on as.

I think the doctors give a good service, at least the doctors I have dealt with. I've never experienced any rudeness or discourtesy but always pleasantness but I expect if a patient is very demanding and rude it's only natural they would be abrupt in dealing with them.

Never had any problems get seen when needed. I've looked at most of the bad reviews and it's mainly foreign people with complaints, so maybe they don't understand the rules or just don't want to follow them.
