I guess we were lucky the first time we came here. Because service was horrible this time around. Don't bother making an appointment because they'll see you when they feel like it. It seems like they want you to beg for there services. They just lost two clients who would come from the USA for service. Can anyone recommend a place in Tijuana that will appreciate my money...
