Dear calleasy team., Mail copy. This is Jo from Trichy I am writing this mail very disappointed to your service. My brand new HONOR mobile was damaged . due to your team gave wrong information. I got honor mobile authorised service center phone number from calleazy Trich, but your team giving information is absolutely wrong , because this is not an authorized service, I went to this center & gave for repair to service person name is mr karthik, when he try to open & broke my mobile , spoiled my brand new mobile , I think they don't have mobile service knowledge. And here not an authorised service centre atmosphere. Doing local repair. This is for your information : I am totally disappointed this issue. I have all proff . Surly i will going to file consumer case to the MOBILE CARE service center and calleazy By today.
